The sheet rock is up, and the texture should be going up next week. They are turning the dirt for the playground and parking lot as well. We are getting down to the details now. Pictures are still going up at www.facebook.com/cohmaricopa

It looks like all the buildings will be set in the permanent location by Monday March 22nd! We hope to receive our all of our building permits next week as well. Lots of good stuff happening, but lots of things still need to be done in a very short time. Continue to pray that all of the details, and funding can get worked out in a short time.

Our new home continues to move forward! Yesterday the crew began setting the new buildings in the permanent place. We should see the modular s become one big building in the next couple of weeks.

If you have driven past the property the last week you may have seen signs of progress. A fence went up last week, and yesterday they started moving dirt! All good signs of progress. We are still in talks with the city about some issues some issue, so keep praying for Gods hand in everything we do.

the construction fence went up this week, look for some equipment on site next week some time. We are still praying to get the building open this sring.

The rain has delayed some of the work the last couple of weeks, but today began prep for the dirt work. The surveyors were on site laying out the plan. You should see a fence up in the next day or two, and if the rain lets up the dirt should be moving next week! It is happening!

We are just about finished with the permitting process and would have begun surveying this week if not for the gift of rain. There are still many things that we need to push through over the next few months, so continue to pray for the complete project. Also pray for Leading Edge Academy as they begin the process of staffing and locating students to fill the building. Its happening!

Tuesday night the Maricopa City counsel unanimously approved our site plan and building design! We are continuing to finalize the plans, and should begin contsruction very soon! Keep up the prayers, lots to get done in the next few months.
